Congress Tip: Move Away from the Script

Too many Congress speakers rely on word-for-word manuscripts to give their speeches from. These “scripts” reduce eye contact, limit gestures, make the speech stale and prevent the speaker from really taking on the role of a Congress person. Check out the video to learn more:
