This scholarship will provide full tuition for DKC students to attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City Summer Debate Institute from July 17th- July 30th. To maximize DKC resources more commuter scholarships will be available then full residential scholarships. The scholarship is sponsored by DEBATE-Kansas City and UMKC.
