Two DEBATE-Kansas City and Central High graduates made waves at the 2013 Cross Examination Debate Association (CEDA) national collegiate tournament.  Ryan Wash (Emporia State) was named the tournament’s top speaker and Dominique Baker (Oklahoma) placed eighth out of 280 competitors.
